I got this for $40 and only play ultimate team or franchise. I never liked playing online on any sports games, besides madden. I stopped playing 2k after 14, but still played the ones after it once or twice, to see if the game got better(which it didn't). My whole thing is the fun factor. Live has it. Even though everything you said in the video is correct, I don't regret buying it.
Ultimate team is all i do for madden and live...good entertainment

@@therandom58 that's not saying much, considering, 2k 11, 12, and 14, are considered the best out the franchise. Remember, people thought 2k17 and 18 were the best 2ks. 17 and 18, are the same exact game, just with more glitches after each title. 14, 15, and 16, are in the same boat. The game barely changed after four years.

Of course, I can’t talk much, since I haven’t played the game yet, but they did what they could to try to make the game more skill based, and to try and cut back the Dribble God advantage.
They’ve just started addressing the problem by making steals easier- they just fucked up the balance.
They’ll get it together in time.

Don't need to spend VC at Doc's anymore, and you don't get stuff at random in 2K just need the VC and you get it, in Live you need to either play the game or buy the lootbox and the stuff you get is random.
LakerFan287 Incase you didn’t know LIVE 19 u can actually purchase what you want now. Only time it’s random is when you playing a event that has more than one item in the crates.

Open 3s feel like guaranteed buckets for the cpu even on lower difficulties been like that for a few games now it feels tuned to piss people off.
DayFul I switched to All Star difficulty on 2K and it feels way more balanced than the others

I’m a big XChasemoney fan, and we all know he’s one of the OG’s, just like TBH. that said, most videos will have at least one person in the comments stating that he needs a million subs.
However, I personally am not mad about him or TBH not having a milli, because to do that, you gotta change your format. You gotta be hella phony and fake for the sake of drawing people in.
Case in point, most 2K19 and Live 19 videos will feature “clout chaser” elements, like the Photoshopped thumbnails, all caps and emojis in the titles, all that extra cheese. When I go to a TBH video, there’s SELDOM any of that. This review of Live? Not a lot of people would be this straight up and real with the shit- they would kiss ass or just straight trash it- one side or the other, without being rational.
Channels like yours, Hokage, or like XChaseMoney or even Tray- y’all don’t need a milli- y’all have built a tight-knit family with y’all channels and with honest content, y’all keep shit a buck, and y’all don’t worry about the “clout chasing” that a lot of these other wack-ass CZcamsrs are on.

It has it's issue just like 2k.. it's fun ASF... This video was made to bash live 97%... I can see right through it. Ppl gonna talk about live and say it trash if the game was good. I think it's a good game, it just need a lil more work. He say the AI is dumb, which it's not. To see that let the CPU play CPU and u would see the difference. It's hard ASF now to go inside and do what u wanna do like 18 and previous lives. Ppl just so hooked on 2k and think it suppose to play like 2k. U can't expect that! U cant expect COD to play like Battlefield or vice versa. U can't expect Street fighter to play like dragon Ball Z smh... 2k has just as many problems as live they just don't hardly talk about it. Only because they think highly of 2k...

Beucase he doesn't. Live does more in patches than 2k ever did in last year. They have already improved the game ten fold compared to when it was released and part of his complaints is gone. He should have done review few months later after 500+ games played, but that is never going to happen with reviewers...

Spot on review! Your review actually reminds me of Marvel vs DC movies lol, DC/Live has some good stuff here & there but just doesn't have the foundation. I still bought Live 19 just like I did last year, but I haven't even opened it yet. Mainly because like you said, the facescan sucks this year for some reason & I don't want to start until I get a decent one, plus I've just been busy with 2K & Spider-man lol. When I do start Live 19, I just hope it doesn't get old quick like last year's, I feel like once you complete all the street challenges, there's nothing else to it, because the league part is not as engaging & in-depth as 2K.

I dont even care this year bro. Live pissed me off by not moving the game over to the frostbite engine. 2k pissed me off because they dont know what the hell they want to be. Like why tf is there a DODGEBALL event in your basketball game. Adding bmx, skate boards, and scooters that you can do tricks on!? Fuck both these games. I'm pissed though because I'm from Milwaukee and we finally got our first cover so I damn near have to buy it.

I play live a lot and i definitely agree with this list but i still love the game. Also a lot of the make any layup shit only works on computers for some reason but it still does happen online and that shit irritating

I'll give the game a slight pass but only because they implemented that real player movement into the game for the first time. So I want to see if they can iron out the issues through patches. They can tone down the contact layup make percentage around the rim. It would also be nice if they added big man layup packages to the game. That's all I could think off but yeah good video TBH.
