Not being a farmer, I also got lost after the tutorial.
I jumped into the new farmer mode. Harvested a field. Had no idea how to pick up the wheat so it just sat on the field. Was so confusing
I agree. Pretty much throws you on your front porch and says have at it. Hell took me 30 minutes to find where to pick up the stuff you purchase.

@@CJFarms77 I’m halfway through it. Still get lost in what equipment to buy at early stages to maximise $. Like what spreader one that fertilises and limes or a sprayer that weeds and fertilises. What tractor to do one job instead of 3
@@dreweboygaming From my experience and what I've seen so far, there's only certain machines that perform certain tasks. I don't believe that there are any multitask machines. Not that I've seen yet anyways or none that I'm aware of, but I'll definitely look into it brother.

I just got this game. I’ve played previous farming sim games mostly farming sim 19 but haven’t played in a few years so forgot how to play / what to do and felt very stuck! But wow this tutorial has helped SO much! THANK YOU! lifesaver! :)❤

I'm a suburban boy with very little knowledge of farming machines, no experience farming, but i love games like Stardew Valley. I've been low-key wanting to try farming sim for awhile (like, I wanted to try 2019) and I finally got it the 2022 base game on the Winter Sale. I finished their little guided thing where I sold the wheat and I was like "... wait don't leave me yet" 😂. So seriously thank you so much. I appreciate you making a whole Playlist explaining things.

New follower and complete newbie to this game. Have to say you are my selected choice with a down to earth voice. So my first disastrous attempt was thinking how hard can this be 😂. Played it on normal mode where u get 1.5 mill in cash bought a combine harvester😎, a tractor and trailer then realised you had to go the shop to collect. So brought each back then looked ok found by accident jobs which I selected to fertilise a field about 4K which obviously was 300 miles away at the far end of the map . Hey ho so took tractor with spray trailer the noticed needed fertiliser yup doesn’t stop there 🙈. Drove all the way back to the shop ordered a pallet of fertiliser and couldn’t figure out how it it goes into the back. Ahh so must need a fork lift ! So bought that played around until I was comfortable lifted the pallet into the trailer which was not easy as damaged the trailer. Then gave up so here I am.
Lol this game can be a bit of a challenge if you will. However, it’s just like anything else brother. It just takes some practice. I’ve been playing since FS15 and I didn’t think I would ever get the hang of it, but eventually, you’ll be able to play this game with your eyes closed.

Im so confused the "tutorial" told me to cultivate the field then just left me there!🤷🏻♀️i growing up as a farmer understood that i needed to find the farmers almanac to see what seed went in the field, but after that im lost and idk how to apply lye or when omg im autistic im so overwhelmed! Thank you!!💙i hope you touch on how to grow strawberries in the greenhouse st some point, after i lesrn which attachment is WHICH. Holy cow.

Due to this being a tutorial video, people are going to do what you say in it. Suggesting to leave all of the crops and growth settings as no is not a good idea to tell people to do. Those things enhance the game and you should start when them on when playing a new game so you can experience all the different features. Later down the line when you learn the feature and you don't like it you can turn it off.
Also the fieldstones are stones that pop out of the ground when you use a deep cultivator. These stones can damage equipment but are not super important to deal with. To remove them you can use a loader, a stone remover, or you can use a disc harrow when cultivated because it doesn't drag up stones due to not digging deep. Just a bit of caution: using a disc harrow will increase weeds so you will want a sprayer with herbicide if you decide to use a disc harrow.
Totally get where you're coming from. As anyone who wants to use "Seasons" can also turn in on if they do decide to use it and vice versa. I didn't really tell them how to play their game. What I did do though was show them that they have options to turn those specific settings off or on at their own choice. Appreciate the tip though.

I just found out it was free on PlayStation. Just downloaded it and spend an hour trying to figure out what to do lol I picked the easy mode too. I’m glad I found this, I haven’t finish the video but I hope I know what to do after this. I will say I was not expecting this game to have this much to it I thought I’ll just get on a tractor and farm.

You're good on that. You can drag it out of the field. I do it at times. Doesn't do damage at all

I played FS19 and enjoyed it, but with FS22 and all the upgrades, bigger maps. I find it a bit more difficult. One thing, not sure if I'm missing how to do it...but in FS19 it would have the names of the places of where you take the harvest. I have no clue if/how it can be done in FS22
what’s the point of turn signals or hazards?
If the autosave is like all the previous versions it only autosaves when you enter the menus.
Thats why imo its always best to turn off the auto save and just manually save it. Manual is always better anyways. Thats just my opinion though.
