When Keane got injured it was because HE challanged Haaland. Keane's injury wasn't Haalands fault, it was just a by-product of a rash challenge by Keane in which he did damage to his own ligament whilst trying to foul Haaland. Therefore there was no need for revenge regarding the injury itself. If Kean's reason for revenge is because Haaland shouted something to him while he was on the ground, then I think that is a pathetic and disgraceful reason for trying to break Haaland's leg. Pathetic, disgraceful and completely unjustified. I think it’s pretty fairly well known that the tackle contributed to the end of his career. Either way, The psycho was purposely trying to get another player regardless of what was happening in the game.
The worst part about it was that Keane injured himself in the first place with an embarassingly poor tackle attempt to take down Haaland, and then slumped like a sack of the proverbial. 3 years later he tries to take revenge for a few words uttered by the opponent he tried to take down. I think that was the reason Haaland remonstrated with him in the first place, as it looked at the time that Keane was diving for a penalty. Haaland didn't know he was genuinely injured.
