There was in fact very little talk about Opetaia after the Briedis fight - a war Opetaia lost the second half of, and which left him with injuries that kept him out of competition for months.
Opetaia really has been hyped up on the basis of two KO victories over hopelessly overmatched opponents. He may be very good, but he's still being overrated.
