Hi Peter. What a beautiful modern home. As a disabled person (wheelchair user), I am very surprised not to see at this price range an elevator to all three floors? Unless I missed it? When i view these properties, I don't see the large number of steps often at the homes entrance or by the poolside, etc, as an issue, as part of the entrance steps can always be concreted with slopes. I personally would like to see in your future tours a shot of the inside of the elevators just to give me and other disabled persons peace of mind of accessibility to all areas of these beautiful homes. Love your tours, Peter, and I'd like to wish you all the success for 2024.
