Okie, that sounds genuine to me and you should not have any problem in getting the Visa. Just don't pay any middle man or agent. You apply on Gov.uk website, do not trust any other website.

No, It don't impact on the decision. Imagine, if they start considering this as negative then no tourist will ever get the Visa. As long as your documents are all genuine and you have intention to leave UK after holidays, it should be fine.

I’m here working in Saudi Arabia and I’m a Srilankan. Can I apply from here and is it enough to start it on August 1 ? Before 5 weeks time?
No apply in July 1st week for Sep, don't wait for last minute. What if there is a delay in your country for xyz reasons. Since you didn't mention much about invitation, just make sure its not the scam. DONOT transfer any money to anyone for this purpose, its simple process you apply on gov.uk website.
