2. Embrace gratitude. A shift in perspective. If you are being ungrateful to your spouse you are actually being ungrateful to Allah.
3. Be Akirah focused. This dunya is a deception.
4. Be realistic. The gap between expectation and reality is where frustration lies.
5. Remember death. Do it for the sake of Allah.
