Creating Big Headed figures (aka bobbleheads) in Adobe Photoshop

This tutorial will teach you how to turn people into the 'big head' or 'bobble head' type figures that you've seen on TV and in stores. I will be using Adobe Photoshop CC '17 for this, but it will work in any version of Adobe Photoshop.

You can go to FILE (top left corner), then NEW and create a new blank document

How do you shrink the layers?

With the layer selected, press Command + T, or CTRL+T on windows. Then just grab from the corner and pull down to shrink
