In my opinion, This build is good because it will increase your first skill damage. It also increase your Haymaker too, but it's not as much as tank build. Not bad for me, and It give you more sustain in teamfight&lane. It's could be very annoying for the enemy😂 imagine Sett stand in front line and keep stun the enemy, if the enemy focus on him and keep attacking him, he could counter them with Haymaker.
