This video is for average people. It's proof that the voices your husband, wife, boyfriend or girlfriend is hearing are very real...and not paranormal. This is weaponized sound.

Research Ultra Wide Band Surface Wave Communication. Developed by Naval Warfare Research. But you are right about the find. They are using the upper range of human hearing so that it is subliminal.

my question is this. Why did they switch form analog to digital with regard to the televisions all over. Remember that from several years back? We all had to get on board with the change because everything was going digital. I don't remember what they said the reason was for.

I have heard that signal before on the radio. That is a Ship to shore radio transmission that is scrambled. Most likely it is a telephone conversation that is scrambled from a ship. I found it at 19 mhz and it has been around a long time. I dont think this signal is what people are hearing in there heads at night. There is probably another signal out there that you have not seen yet. Do a search on ship to shore telephone operations and other searches on scrambled signals. Very odd things can happen if a radio signal is reflected off from a cloud in the right atmospheric conditions that can produce an internal hearing of voices that sound like a radio station. Its extremely rare and I have personally experienced it once in my life. It was a very strange feeling.

Roger, thanks for the input. Any and all of the technical information is important.

Hey, this is another great audio-video. Thank you. Also wanted to let you and everyone else know there are two apps in Google Play Store that will let you monitor ranges above and below human hearing, Ultrasound Recorder and Infrasound Recorder, respectively, as well as pinpoint where on the Herzian scale those signals fall. Each app has a db SPL meter, an FFT 'waterfall', and an oscilloscope and every parameter can be adjusted to one's specific audio hunting situation. The Infrasound Recorder has a second oscilloscope for acceleration (vibration). Both allow the user to view when and where (location permission) the "alarm" was triggered. They also both include an option to bring the signal(s) into the human hearing range in real time (make sure one turns down the 'app' volume on their device or you'll blow out your eardrums and probably alert whomever is surveilling you that you've made the perp signals audible!). The user can then create an HTML or a .csv file, or both, to delineate the information and then share (save) these file forms to your email or Google Drive. Good hunting!

This same sound was distinctively a mans voice talking in sentences in the laundry washing machine thru my clothes in the spin cycles. I heard it loud and clear on April 6. I am in Las Vegas in the middle of UNLV neighborhood with hundreds of students using WiFi.

UHF and VHF. It's old school tv broadcast. Obama made us switch to digital now those old broadcast antennas and the local weather systems sonar radar Doppler are how it's delivered. The weather system is the harrp connection.

Nice video. I think everyone has the ability to hear this, but some people are less observant than others. Obviously, when it is quieter in the home, like when you are trying to go to sleep, it would be more noticeable. I think it's some type of sound carried through WiFi or something like that.

Very smart. No one could deny this. Frequencies pick up noise as its energy. Energy needed as it makes it a portal. Only way I can describe in words right now.

I was able to do this turning on a old TV. One of those little TV/radios you could put in your kitchen. Late 80s model pretty much. Voices came in as well as local radio frequencies, cb radio etc. Now in land of digital it wouldn't be heard. I find this is reason or one if reasons they went digital.

All I'm going to tell you is that what you are hearing is absolutely 100%real. I've used basically the same thing and got the same results. You will be able to isolate it better behind background noise.

What makes some people able to hear this? If it's well above the frequency that people can hear? I've watched a few of your videos. I commented on another channel and someone suggested their channel and yours. I listened to the Kappy one first because I'm subbed to The Phoenix Enigma and he's living with a woman who was very good friends with Kappy. I know they believe v2k was used on him. Maybe you could send him the video. He really did a lot of investigation on Kappy's passing. You might find some of his stuff interesting.

Heterodyning. A high sound and ELF sound can heterodyne an audible sound. Two or more frequencies banging together. Like a harmonic.
