Ingredients:
2oz Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
.50oz Aperol
1oz Lime Juice
.25oz Hibiscus Syrup
3 dashes Orange Bitters
Garnish: Orange Wedge
Method:
In a mixing glass/tin add ice and combine all ingredients. Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass with ice. Garnish with orange wedge
Notes:
Hibiscus syrup
1/4 cup dried hibiscus
.5 tsp cardamom
.5 tsp cassia chips
2 cloves (optional)
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
Bring to a simmer to melt sugar. Strain and cool before use
