Fast run should be s tier. Running is something people do a lot, and being able to be Usain Bolt anytime would be great. Also, you can actually stop, unlike Jet Run.

All is good, except for the coin reward.
Cuz you can just kill insects and you'll get paid for it.
The tier list is pretty good, but grappling vine works completely differently in the game than you describes it. It propells you towards the object, instead of pulling the object towards you, so you should slam into the table instead of the pizza slice coming to you. It should probably be in F.
the coin reward badge would be pretty useful if you had a job where mass killing your enemies was legal, like a SWAT team member or army veteran... just saying...

I think coin reward would count for any kill so if i just swat a fly i get lots of money

The ! block badge is also for reaching higher or hard to reach places, so for that hypothetical if you do have batteries at home but they're at the top shelf so you can't reach them, there will be ! blocks to help you reach that shelf, and that just makes it even better S+ tier.
There is one thing you are missing with these effects: You can de-equip badges in game, so presumably, you would be able to toggle your chosen badge ability as well. This would make the situationally useful badges like the expert badges or coin magnet much more useful.
I feel like the coin reward badge could be bumped up to at least a B tier, because it specifies enemies. That doesn't essentially mean people, you could just have $3 materialise in your bank account after killing a really annoying bug in your house or something like that

Safety Bounce also works if you fall into a classic (no lava) pit, so there is a chance that it would work on would-be fatally long falls.
Coin Reward could actually be insane, because it doesn't only count people. Imagine if you got a dollar for every bug you killed.

Having the sensor badge would be very helpful for thrifting, you could find valuable stuff being underpriced and get really good deals.

@saddlebag I mean, the lottery tickets themselves would be random, but they're already winners or not winners when in the display cases. I feel like if you could have a sensor that told you about secret treasures and whatnot, it would be able to tell which ones in the displays would be winners if you were gonna buy just one of them

I think bugs could be considered enemies which would mean the coin reward is actually useful
The extra jump height and floating from the Floating High Jump badge is BETTER than the Wall Jump Badge, because you can reach high up places WITHOUT needing a wall. And also humans Don't jump high, so it is VERY useful
I feel like any of the jumping ones need to take into account, people in real life don't jump that high. Would they make you jump/be boosted as high as in the game, and would you thus land and shatter all the bones in your legs because you crouched down too long? Or would you get an implied lack of fall damage?

That's not a problem for the floating high badge, you'll just fall gracefully to the floor

For coin reward, become an exterminator. Bugs are technically your enemies then.
For coin reward, I think it includes anything alive, so if you pull grass out of the ground, boom, cash. A mosquito, Banda bing Banda boom, you’re paying off your house debt. If you’re an exterminator with a lot of business, you are the richest person in the world.
Imagine the tomfoolery you could commit if you where invisible.
Imaging just punching someone in a crowded place and letting the mayhem begin.
You could pick up objects to make people think there floating.
You could dress up like a bedsheet ghost and when someone take the sheet off of you boom no one is there!
Imagine haunting someone’s house!

The problem with that is that you can't see yourself with the badge on, so good luck getting out of a crowd like that while invisible.
If you go into the master poplins house 3 times he’ll tell you he can disappear with the invisible badge plus at the beginning of every level Mario is visible till he activates it and he deactivates it at the end of every level
Boosting spin jump is even worse than you described. It doesn't make you spin midair, it only activates if you spin midair (something Mario can already do). So even if that extra bit of height could be useful, you'd be completely unable to access it.
Boosting spin jump doesn't actovate if you spin jump from the ground, you have to already be in the air when you start spinning.
Wall climb jump; allows you to get a little bit higher ONLY if you're near a wall. *A TIER*
Crouching high jump: allows you to get higher, but ONLY if you crouch like a dumbass first. *S TIER*
Floating high jump: allows you to jump higher and fall a little bit slower (so you don't damage your legs by de fall) without any conditions whatsoever *C TIER*

Well since you become revealed in wonder if you turn on the lights, then just be under a light to not be invisible temporarily, it’s just that easy
As a bird hunter I would love the coin badge you put in F. Every time I get a bird I get both food AND money.
If you think of these as actual badges you could change or take off later, invisibility would be S, Jet run around B, and Sound off would c because you could pull pranks on your friends but that is it.
I thing seeing ! blocks would be S because you could see things that no one else can, that gives you a crazy advantage.
I think the ! Blocks would basically appear when you need them or to save you when your in danger or maybe you could get a power up out of it
Coin reward IRL is basically just being an assassin
or a bug slapper (it says you can get money from killed things (meaning not only humans) meaning bugs work too)

In Mario wonder, the coin magnet only activates when you get close to a coin. So maybe it would kinda be the same in irl. I imagine it goes to your pockets when it activates.

Hang on, for Coin Reward, would you get coins if you flippped the switch for someone on death row, would you get the coins? Would it just count if you are the last person that made physical contact with a person before they die? Would being the indirect cause give you coins?

my interpreting of saftey bounce is if you fell from somewhere high it would give u a tiny bounce to negate any damage

you can do a jump every second for a minute straight for $60
you could outpace every single job by just going full focus and trying to jump for an hour straight
if you manage to jump every time perfectly for that hour, you would make $3,600 in an hour. even if you just do it within reason you can easily make over $100 a day just by casually doing a little hop every now and then!

if the badges talked about are little discs with the emblem as a button to trigger the effect, and Spin Boost wasn't a spin, everything would be S+
You underestimate Coin Reward.
Picture this: you wipe out an ant or yellow jacket colony.
Ant colonies have upwards of 100k ants, yellow jacket nests can have several hundred or more.
imagine if you had the sensor badge and your an archaeologist would you be able to detect treasure?

floaty jump is basically wall climb without the wall, because you jump so high and can slowly float back down
wall kick is kinda impractical because imagine jumping on your wall in your house and you bonk your head on the ceiling from the height or maybe you accidentally wall kick the cupboard or something idk
timed jump would be so easy to do, because thats what people already do irl, but now with more height

The sensor badge in my opinion it would be like if you lost your phone it would beep when it’s close
Here are some objections I have.
I think you rank the badges that boosts you vertical height very inconsistently. Like you have the wall climb and crouching high jump super high, but not the floating high jump and timed high jump even though they essentially do the same thing, and in fact are less situational than wall climb since you don't need a wall?
The grapple vine in Wonder doesn't seem to ever serve to grab stuff, only to bring yourself to surfaces you use the grapple vine in. Like if you use the grapple vine on the Coca Cola can, you won't bring the Coca Cola can to you, you will bring yourself to the Coca Cola can. It still could have it's applications and can be useful and fun, however it doesn't have the usefulness that you mentioned.
Multiple people in the comment seems to have mentioned how you can kill bugs instead of humans to make coin reward more useful.
The thing with Add ! Blocks, is that the ! Blocks would always be at the same place, and wouldn't refill, if we go by how they work in a Wonder level. So if we take the example of the batteries of your controller dying, and you getting your batteries from a block, you wouldn't get those batteries from the same block, because you already used them, and might need to find another different blocks. Because of that, you will reach a point where the useful blocks of your area will all be used, and might be forced to move to other places if you want the badge to keep its usefulness. That being said, if you use those blocks at platforms they will never go away so that's nice at least. That also means that if they block your path, they will be bad for you, but theoretically, those blocks should only appear the way they do if they help you so normally you shouldn't worry about this badge being a detriment. I just think it's not as useful as we might think.
The sensor badge could be more useful if it allowed you to find useful stuff or stuff you lost. We don't know if it would do that though since there isn't really a situation in Wonder where it helps you find items like that.
I just want to add to how bad the coin magnet is. You could accidentally steal people's money and that's not always cool. You don't always want to be a nuisance to people.
Now if you are able to take off the badges, the expert badges can become more useful because you can use them only in the situations they are good in. Spring feet is the worst one though, because all the other vertical height badges can do that without making you bounce like an idiot all the time as long as you wear the badge. The jet run could be more useful, especially since it's the one that makes you go the fastest, but you do have to be careful. The invisibility badge however becomes godlike if you can just decide to become invisible when you want. It could be the most useful badges of them all in fact.
Keep in mind the videos are just for fun
