Great timing as my folks and I have been talking about how awesome Singapore Changi seems to be just through looking at articles and photographs, so I'll forward this and show them a thorough yet concise review of the place (well done!). They're even planning to specifically route through Singapore the next time they travel through the region because of the top-notch reputation of the airport. It seems difficult to beat YVR Vancouver when considering North American airports - though they're biased as my mum was on the board at YVR a while back and has seen from behind the scenes just how traveler-friendly they consistently try to be - but this is obviously well above and beyond our standards. Keep up the great work!

Hope to be travelling again in early 2021. I'm planning on spending at least two days IN Singapore Changi Airport and I've gotten some very reasonable prices on rooms at Crowne Plaza. Curious, though. Is the hotel inside Security? Not a deal-breaker, but a "nice-to-have" if one doesn't plan on leaving the airport.

Does the Crown Plazza Hotel is connected with the terminal 1 withi the river fall ?
