It'll be a bit time consuming but it's possible. Start with the legend passives (dvine dragon / legend) from Jetragon. Pair that with Necromus to get you Suzaku with those 3 stats you want. Pair that 3 stat Suzaku with a BLANK or 1 stat total Quivern to get Helzephyr. That helzephyr NEEDS to have Divine Dragon, Lord of Underworld at least. Pair it with Frostallion until you get all 4 of those stats on the Noct. Good Luck!

There may be a skill fruit for it, not sure though. Sadly using victor won't work

kill yourself... at the base and use the sack that you drop upon death as storage for anything that has a timer because it becomes non perishable
