    My question is that unless you were involved in the engineering of the vessel how exactly can you tell the internal design just by walking up to the equipment?

    Great information. Would like to see more videos on various pieces of equipment throughout Refineries. Stripper Columns, Reactors, Splitters, Compressors, ETC. ETC...

    Hello sir, what is the common problem in scrubber and what effect of scrubber if flow and pressure is high, thanks

    Hello,
    I have a small question,
    How would we know for sure that all the gas bubbles inside the feed escapes in the Gas section ? if any gas bubbles fall down into the liquid, does it have enough time to separate itself ?

    • @ynotds6205
      @ynotds6205 Před rokem

      All “free” gas will be separated if the separator is operating within its design parameter’s.
      However, any small gas bubbles, or dissolved gas that’s go through the water or oil legs will be removed in the downstream separation equipment.
      These equipment can vary from platform to platform but they will operate at lower pressures and sometimes higher temperatures than a primary separator, which will help to release the left over entrained gas.

    I've got a bucket and Weir separator here that has sediment built up under the bucket.... Manually dumping belly valves on fluid collection side until clean out gets here.

    How can find( measure) out levels of gas , oil and water ?

    • @KimrayInc
      @KimrayInc  Před 3 lety

      To accurately measure each resource, they will first need to be separated from each other. A measuring device, such as a turbine meter, Coriolis meter or another means of measurement can then be used to record the flow data of each resource.
