Coffee Cleaner - netra.com.au/sani-caf-espress...
Thank you again for the great video on cleaning the clogged coffee dispenser. This is the 2nd time I've used your video to take apart my Impressa E6 and both times I was able to resolve the issue and put the machine back together in working condition. With your clear instructions even a 70+ year old like me can take a Jura apart.
Great video. It was the first time I disassembled my Impressa E70 on my own after several inspections at the shop in all these years. It worked :)
Thank you Nick 💕
You are amazing.
Thanks to your detailed instructions we managed to open the machine, you saved us $$$ (thousand +) we were ready to throw the damn thing out ... now we drink coffee ☕️
Thank you, Nick! You...are...awesome!
Thanks Nick - this was very useful when disassembling our Impressa E80 to clean out the coffee dispenser. One additional thing for people to be aware of - the magnet in the front panel fell out into the body of the machine (it won't come out towards the outside of the machine) and we only noticed when reassembling the machine. Luckily we were able to locate the magnet and retrieve it using a long screwdriver. It was awkward reassembling the machine to avoid it falling out again and we needed two people - one to hold it in the panel (by holding a long screwdriver behind it) and the other to put the front sliding dispenser back on. Perhaps a little bit of glue to hold it in would have worked as well.
Is there a video (or diagram) that shows where that magnet and the 2 metal plates go? All of those fell off of the main spout when I took it off and I can't tell by watching this video how to put them all back properly
Excellent video thank you, I an now game to gave a go at my Jura Ena
Great videos! I just got a used Franke Saphira (2006). It was full of coffee beans that spilled out the bottom of the bean containers as they were not attached properly (by the previous owner) so I cleaned it all up and turned it on for the first time. It started going through its motions and then a message came on saying it needed to be decalcified (descaled) so I set it up to begin decalcifying, which it did but after about 10-15min it stopped and the digital screen displayed a series of "I"s. I turned it off and then back on and now I get nothing but a blank screen. Unplugged it for a while and then same thing again. I took the back cover off to check the two fuses and they were okay. Not sure of your experience with this type of commercial coffee machine but would you know what else I can look out for to hopefully fix it myself?
Thank you VERY much Nick!
How do I remove and install the Repair and sealing kit for Jura S Series thermoblock in my Impressa X70 ?
Jura Capresso ENA5 fixed with the solution in the comments. Thank you for posting this!
Thank you, Nick.
Can i ask a question?
my Jura z6 doesn't recognize that a cleaning tablet has been added and will not complete clean cycle. No coffee powder was used. Why does this happen?
hi man, I have a problem on a F7, when I plug the machine in the pump comes on and starts pumping all the water out into the drip tray, even when the machine is off but connected to power it runs, I can't find any thing related to this online, any idea?
Hey there, I have an issue with my E10 Impressa, and it happens every time I switch the machine on it just rotates the "head" 2-3 times (coffee icon is blinking) and then I hear a loud like scraping noise and almost all icons start blinking. In user manual it just says "general fault". Is there a way to fix that? Thank you
How do you remove and replace the micro switch power button on the Jura Micro ENA 1?
we got a AEG COFFEE MACHINE that leaks water can't see where its coming from no water comes out the spout ends up in the drip tray cant seem to get the covers off only the back one any help would be great full
is there a video showing how to dismount the front of a C5 (black front)?
Please, can you help me with my Jura Impressa e8? It is asking to fill beans when it has beans inside already. Because of that, it doesn't make coffee. What should I look for here as a problem?
Hi there, have a Jura C9 have done a descale and clean but after 2 to 3 coffees it gets clogged up, haven’t changed coffee internal pipes seem to be clean, could it be the pump that’s failing?
whats the seal piece called that tends to rust and leak? cannot find it on the internet
Hi, your video is easy to follow, but I need to know the name of the screwdriver for the special screws. I need to open a F9 to clean it. Also what is the name of the tool to unscrew the back screws? Where is the best place to buy the tools? Thx.
It was very useful, thank you!
Daer Nick can i ask you this question? I have a Jura C5 machine who doesn’t comes out of it’s cleaning program. Can you advise me, What to do next?
Great video! My Jura ENA3 only producing very coarse grounds regardless of settings. I’ve taken apart and tried various calibrations, even as “tight” as possible and still getting very coarse grounds that do not form pucks. Presume this is a grinder issue and not brew kit seals, etc. HELP!!
Hi Nick No coffee comes out of the right nozzle of my Jura F7. It says ready/clean, but when I press the rinse button, it does not rinse. What to do? Thanks
I have Krups Siziliana coffee machine. On this machine hot water and steam go through the same pipe, when I accsidentally tried to use steam before the machine heated up enough. Now i can only heard the pump inside, but no water or steam are going out. Do you know how to fix it?
My impressa S7 shows " fill the system" and won't brew coffee. How to fix it?
Cheers Nick, great video! I have a Jura Impressa E80, when i press rinse, the rinse water has just stopped coming out of the front two nozzles like it used to. Do you think a tube has disconnected somewhere? The bottom black tray has liquid in it, so maybe it's diverting into there?
if its not coming out at all. they're clogged. paperclip might clear that out. easy way to check. empty the trays completely wipe them dry, then rinse the machine, see where the water goes. if the water is diverting to the trays may be a hose has popped off, or probably the drain valve on the brew unit is worn out, needs replacing.
Own a Jura C5. Tray doesn’t click into place correctly and the beans fall into middle ungrounded?
Hi Nick, I have the Jura Z10 and the rotary switch is not working. Do you have any suggestions or how to reset the machine. Thanks.
Thank you!
Hi Nick. My Jura machine just keeps switching off before I can make a coffee. Any advice please
Hi nick how do you fix the error 2 message
Thank you
As dave said, Torx head screws. T=Torx number refers to size.
Good video anyway
I have a Jura Impressa E9 (and this unit looks similar to mine). All I wanted to see what how to get the #$%^& front cover off the unit. You provided the info I needed. One tip though. To remove the top piece without risking breaking the upper cover and its plastic tabs is to simply do a 'reach around' (yes, it has a bad American connotation) to the inner side of the cover, and you can insert a stubby flat blade screwdriver topside while pushing in on two side tabs and it slides right off the top...as it was designed to perform. TIP: Be careful as there are two metal pieces that look like shims, but they are part of the magnetic arrangement that keeps the two nozzles stationary when you adjust them for the height of your coffee cup. The magnet is likely to fall out the back when you're fiddling with the front cover, but I found a piece of Scotch tape (cellophane tape) holds the magnet in place nicely. But the vid was informative and much appreciated...mate.
Great video - managed to clean out the front section perfectly! Thank you!
Where did the two silver pieces go
Hey man, I would love to get in contact with you. I cleaned out my jura as you described in your video and fixed that problem, now I need to figure out why it's dispensing watered down coffee. Let me know if you can help
Thanks!
Hi NickVery useful videos - great job.Question for you:My E8 does not show anything on the display - any ideas?
logic board is dead needs replacing
Have you had a problem with your e8 dispensing watered down coffee?
Hey Nick, i forgot to ask you do you know where i can get an o ring seal for the E80 bullet tip steamer nozzle? I asked a service place and apparently you can't buy them separately! I don't know if they are trying to rip me off, but they said you have to buy the whole Nozzle?
yeah they're not a part that Jura supply seperately, just get a new bullet tip. or though off the top of my head may not be the right part call them and ask for an o-ring part number: 70424 i think thats it, but i havent seen an e80 in ages so i don't remember too well.
Thanks for that :)
I have an S8 but the steamer side doesnt work. Great coffee....just no latte.
Our Jura Ena5 keeps saying to add coffee beans. I have cleaned the grinder from the top as in reversing the grinder to clear any foreign matter but I still get this message. Could you direct me to a video for dismantling and cleaning this specific part or can you advise me what to do please? Thanks in advance.
Hi Nick, our Jura Z5 Impressa Gen II needs a new ceramic valve. We have opened the machine and removed the faulty part, but cannot source a replacement part anywhere in Australia. Can you help please?
links are in the description, good luck

hi Nick. My f9 touch screen is not keep the selected button. For example, I push espresso, it comes on but as soon as take the finger off it jumps back to large cup. Other buttons are doing about the same. After unplugging the unit and plugging back in it acts normal for a few minutes and then goes back to above behavior. What do you think? In case I need a new touch screen module, where can I purchase it?
Also, I bought another unit "for parts" but this one doesn't want to stop brew motor to reverse. it moves the brew gear all the way to the top and starts grinding gear. Power board, vertical pc board and encoder are checked and are OK. What do you think?
My Impressa C60 says "Switch Open"
What does that mean and how can I fix it?
Did you ever figure this out?! I am wondering the same thing.
You can remove the front part to clean it without dis-assembling the machine !
Anyone know where to get a Jura Ena 9 Micro grinder motor. Mine seems to make a noise but doesnt grind. Cleaned out still doesnt work.
www.shop.partsguru.com. I've used this guy from Pennsylvania, USA. Indian guy. Very very good and part/service was quick. They might be able to assist. I'd use this guy again in a NY minute. I emailed him, told him the problem, sent him a picture (on a Saturday) and he had the parts out the next day. I was impressed
hallo, is this also working for my Jura s7 Ton from the Netherlands
yes
Hey there! I have a jura c5 and the steamwater dont descale anymore.. is always red..what can i do?
czcams.com/video/UgM6mfbJQD4/video.html
Took the front off...where do the two silver metal pieces go
Hi Nick can I bring my machine to you?
What if the coffee doesn’t come out
Jura is swiss, They're 'Torx' screws
'Jura made for breaking'
Jura are not for heavy duty usage, they are extremely unreliable will invariably breakdown.
Over engineered breakable rubbish.
