Jamie cooks dinner, and is the chef for the night! We go get a pedicure, and pick up Scarlett from daycare! What a fun day!

Jamie is coming on so well with her confidence and assertiveness as well as her life skills! I wouldn't have thought anything of it if you'd been away on vacation, but you'd only been out a little while. Love you guys cooking together. Here's a tip- whenever you guys make hamburger meet for pasta use a potato masher. You'll be amazed on how fast it'll help in the long run.
I do that too. Watched Rachael Ray and she said thats what she does. It helps break it up.

I know that Jamie can cook eggs and make spaghetti but what other foods is Jamie able to cook on her own, because it seems like she's getting good at being independent and learning how to cook
I think she can make Ramen, she's made it for aurora before, in guessing due to her developmental delay it takes longer to teach her new things step by step, the fact she wants to learn is amazing and she has grown so much since leaving the crazy pieces house.
@@rissole799 well that's very good that she can cook ramen noodles but ramen noodles and spaghetti are basically in the same family since they're both noodles so I'm sure she can cook anything that dealing with pasta or noodles

A tip for getting meat out of the tube a lot easier. use scissors. cut along the top without cutting all the way around then find the center & cut down to the bottom long ways 1 time. Then peel the plastic away from the sides. I hope that makes sense. works well and most of the time all the meat comes out without being stuck on the plastic.

Aww I can’t wait to get a pedicure, we are in lockdown so all our nail salons are closed. We can only go out if we have a valid reason lol. How many options of spaghetti Bolognaise sauce lol. Men’s razors are the best and used with conditioner, legs are so soft. If we ever get the chance to meet Jamie can make me food. Much love from Scotland 🏴 x

You are wonderful sister! I scrolled through the comments to make sure I wasn't repeating any suggestions. First i want to say, great job! After you brown the hamburger, use a strainer over paper towels on a plate (never down the sink drain) strain the grease of the hamburger before adding it to the noodles. That grease can eventually eat up your gut/gall bladder. And it doesn't hurt to even Pat the hamburger meat with paper towels or rinse under water. Just a suggestion! Love your family!

Here is a tip I teach my special needs members. Put the sauce over the meat after the meat is cooked, to heat the sauce and then pour over the noodles. Sometimes we put the spaghetti and meat into a baking dish and add some cheese to the top and bake it for about 15 min to melt the cheese. Jamie did fantastically perfect!!!!!
What types of special needs people do you teach? I am completely blind and have someone teaching me how to cook.
