The fingerprint sensor in my lock is flashing blue after unlocking it with fingerprint and I can do nothing after it, I mean I can’t reuse the fingerprint.. do you why please?

"Hello, the video was great, but I don't understand why there are no comments. My issue is that I installed the device, even set up the gateway for remote access. However, for the device to unlock from the phone, I need to touch the lock's touchscreen first, or it won't connect. For example, if I try to check the lock status or unlock it from the app without physically touching the lock, it says connection failed. Another problem is that, despite having a new battery, it shows 55% battery. Can you help?"

Hi,
In regards to the battery, the % bar changes, it might increase or decrease due to other factors like temperature. Please continue using the lock and the battery percentage might go back to near 100%.

Is posible google assistant to unlock? Because this is using blutooth ya?

Does it connect using WiFi? Or only BLE?
