My kids were ADHD. I removed the white bread from their diet along with removing spaghetti sauce ketchup tried keeping as much red dyes as I could out of their diet. Also if they are bouncing off the walls I would give them a cup of coffee without anything in it because 2 stimulates do the reverse effect. Just a couple of ideas from one mama to another. My kids are now adults. My hat is off to mama’s who have a lot of kids because the 2 I raised was enough for me lol. Much love to you Chris and all the kids

The way you think about the food you feed your family is really inspiring and you should be proud of yourself. Great new space! To save money and teeth it’s water all the way. The water bottles may drive you crazy though. It’s a thing here in Massachusetts. Kids don’t go anywhere without water😳🤷. I’m team Tammy’s granola all the way! You are doing a great job job building up your stockpile again, so convenient!

Don’t get the bags of nuts that’s swollen like that next time. Because the air in them can make them go bad. I’ve gotten few like that and when I opened them they smelled off and tasted very bad.

My body flamed up so hard-core was insane like never before. I’m all plant and that blows because mama likes a fatty burger 🍔.

Ik you have been talking about your Blood Pressure problems and the best thing for that is to stay away from red meat only eat it maybe once a week . You want to eat lean meats like chicken and fish eat whole wheat pasta whole wheat bread and stay away from the trans fat in foods use whole wheat flour when you bake something and high fiber cereals . Any kinds of nuts are extremely good for you and also you can take that flaxseed ground it up and use as a topping on your yogurt oatmeal etc… very healthy . Just a few suggestions for you hope this helps you
