Then they have 30 minutes (That we only see highlights of) to build a cool structure. Afterwards, you kill the one you think made the worst structure and teleport the remaining players onto a new map. They keep any items they gathered in the previous map. What do you think? Oh, and they can also sabotage other players structures if they feel sneaky enough since the PvP will be off.
