For a non native english speaker, I must say it's refreshing to finally understand the difference between swarf and chips lol If I might add something: given the fact the grinding wheel during its lifetime change it's diameter due to wear/dressing/machining, it's always importanto to take into account that adjustment to the cn program are always needed

You're correct. There are calculations that address the diameter of the grinding wheel that I will be covering soon.
