First Outpost is pretty boring since it is realy early in the game and you dont got much skills to work with etc , at second Outpost the Action realy starts .
Far Cry 3 Ingame Settings :
- 1080p , 0xAA , DX11 , SSAO , Ultra , Enhanced , FOV=90
- no AA since prefering FPS over Anti Aliasing to be honest .
- SSAO , like the look more then HBAO . Framedifference between SSAO & HBAO is pretty much nothing .

I liked the skills way more in far cry 3 than in 4 because you were more silent when you ran and can clear outposts faster
Jesus Reyes 100 % with you . It was a shame that they dident added the skill ninja step in FC4 , made the stealth gameplaypace even slower then it was in far cry 3 .

Amazing gameplay! I mostly use a bow to take the outposts undetected, but man, is it hard. I have a lot of problems with the ones that have guard dogs. Damn mutts always ruin my strategy...

Takedown is the masterpiece feature in this game. I mean, I have hard time aiming with guns when going toe to toe with the enemy. While using knife, no need to aim, and one hit dead. Plus, you don't wake the entire camp. It's only surpassed by supressed sniper rifle in killing. That's it. Sniper and knife can be my only weapons. Automated weapons can be anything.

I can capture most of them undetected but I take 5 mins to capture 1 Outpost. And I always use sniper in Outposts with RPGs. But I always try to stick to knife because you feel cool after a successful takedown. You are a great player.

Not as much as it may seem. See the motivation behind this video really wasn't about the gameplay at all. It was just about framerate showcasing so to speak. I mean you can clearly see that i'm not even remotely trying in this video, i'm just vibing.

first video of the god of Far cry.
I learned the hard way you cant stealth kill dogs with the knife so from then on I always used a suppresed sniper rifle and use knife takedowns when its safe to get the thrown one after. There was 1 outpost where a white leopard came in and wiped everything out but the most annoying thing is enemies driving past the outpost alerting the guards.

haha i remember doing Cradle Gas undetected while on 0 hp. I was bored so I threw a grenade, got Jason into 0 HP mode (everything's black and white, sound is fading, stuff is hard to see and hear, F to takedown prompt isn't showing up, etc.) and I actually liberated the damn thing myself. There were some Rakyat Warriors that distracted the dudes though so that helped a tinyyy bit more
That single dog makes the first outpost also the hardest one to do undetected 😆
