Those dreams were cut short when he got injured. When he wasn't able to follow those baseball dreams anymore, he discovered that he loves writing songs and making music. Now he dreams of paying his parents back but through success in other ways.

Our mom didn’t want to go to the hospital at the end. We took her home and were able to take care of her there. There was this lightness and warmth in terms of the way we treated each other a couple of days before she passed. It was one of the most beautiful experiences in my life-in a bittersweet way. We had a specific conversation where she was confident and told us she was done. ‘To Break’ is about being confronted with that farewell.

Yeah I really hope those will come back soon! Right now there are some weird things happening with the channel, people don't get any of the videos recommened and youtube has disabled the chapter function on all videos for some reason. This happened early September and no updates yet on how to have it restored.. working on it!
At the beginning of the first song, honestly, I was about to change it. Then it said "I tried my best to embrace the Darkness in which I swim" and the depth of the song stopped me in my tracks. I can only think an Empath wrote this one ;)
