agree for diversity 50% in private companies even in govt ...there is difference between reservation and diversity ..Mr. Rishabh already know it. even in all sectors instead reservation we should make diversity as per religion or cast
So good to see these well informed vocal girls… I was like this 30 years ago and my parents back then used to reject all proposals for marriage saying ‘our family doesn’t entertain any proposal until our daughter is financially independent’ only after I had finished my MSc they allowed me to marry.. that confidence in me came from what my parents inculcated in me … I came to Australia and have always believed I am equal if not better than any males or females here so I have never looked back and progressed in my career here and my happy marriage … I still think that strength of mind to succeed in anything that comes my way has come from my parents

I too studied from BHU and have gone thru the same problems and restrictions. Be Hindu or Muslim the yardsticks for females are same. I couldn’t go to USA after my PhD. Parents said get married and then go…and the story changed, I remained in India.

This is so great. These are the girls who are fighting for their rights. I have also suffered so much like “ladki jaat”, “ese mat chalo” , “ghar ka kaam kro” and “khelo mat” etc etc. Few people were concerned about marriage but my mother never listened to such people. She sent me Bhopal for bachelor’s and i got job at IT sector. After that my story had completely changed. I supported my family as we were poor. Now i am doing master’s in USA. It’s a big for my family as we used to belong below poverty line. I hope i will keep growing. Many people supported me and i think these girls also got supported and they aspire. Best of luck to all them. Change is important and it should be implemented as soon as possible.

BHU girls are not badmash but BHU men are. I have experienced it in my six years. I am still here. Come and ask me. How I face being a North East. One time one guy from social science who have come for some documents verification in my department just above, philosophy threatened me whether I wish to continue my study here or not. I got trolled, and abusive comments by Birla mens when I pass that hostel. I got chazed by some other guy when I go feed dogs in the ground which I do as a hobby. You people get emotional seeing movies like Kashmir file but when same people are among you, you treat them worse. As if we are terrorist.
So being a kashmiri, i won't survive there?😅
