I really, really, really, really, really, really hate this advert. Having the cycling on ITV4 in the background and having this being played at least 10 times a day is torture. I had to google what product it was even advertising since I simply have to mute it every time it comes on now, I'm sure that's what you intended.

They have had a really tough 2 years
1st they lost the west coast to first and avanti
2nd they have had to cut down on staff on virgin atlantic due to recent events
and this is also showing this year in a more positive light
Virgin media has nothing to do with the other virgin companies. They just licence the name.
There's no dwarf or prosthetic leg person or special needs person, so not woke enough for me.
They should focus on the general population instead of isolated demographics to make it feel more natural and less intentional, only then can they get away with inclusiveness. They're not the main source of income and assuming they are is very dangerous for a business, all the negative ad responses are proof of that and it will only lead to failure if they continue this trend.
