Actually, there's a setting called "Sleep Mode", it's when you make a Time Sequence (Countdown) and then after it's done counting down, it turns its self off.

I believe #8 is 100% real. I’m not saying it was a ghost, it could very well have been an intruder. I firmly believe it was not a setup. It’s actually surprisingly difficult to mimic or recreate an actual fear-response of a human being. That being said, the reaction of the camera man is unquestionably and unmistakably genuine. His reaction was sharp, fast, and one of shock and self preservation. If this was a setup, I think the camera man would have stayed perhaps a second longer to ensure he captured whatever it was on film, as that would have been the whole purpose of the setup. In movies and tv shows, fear is often portrayed with lots of exaggerated screaming when someone sees something like that. In reality, when a human sees something like that which represents a threat to life, we tend to jump, let out short bursts of loud grunt-like yelling such as what we heard in the video, and then quickly evade the threat as a part of fight or flight. So as to what was down there, I can’t speculate. I just think that what or whoever it was genuinely scared the daylight out of the cameraman and was absolutely not supposed to be in that house.

I completely agree, I think that was a real intruder and a real reaction. As you said in movies the fear reactions are exaggerated and over the top, dramatized for our entertainment but real fear reaction tend to be very subdued. Just watch any earthquake, tsunami or terrorist attack footage. It's pretty tame in comparison to movies.
I definitely heard the, "He's here" without head phones- which might indicate another intruder. But my question is why would he risk coming into view if he was trying to burglarize the place?

On the one with the TV that shuts off by itself it I think you said 6 or 6:30? Some TVs have a remote shut off like you set a timer and it shuts off on its own every day. I know this because I have one of those TVs. So that is another possibility about that TV

Number 4 is my video and there definitely was never a second remote with that old TV. The house next to us was vacant at the time. The TV would always turn off at the same time and it didn't have a timer on it or anything.

Gemma McCluskie was murdered by her older brother Tony, then 35, in the flat they shared in Shoreditch, East London, during a row over an overflowing bath.
The skunk addict, who smoked 15 joints a day, hit her over the head at least twice before dismembering her body and dumping it in the canal.
Her death was initially treated as a missing person’s enquiry - after Gemma’s killer reported her missing.
Five days after she went missing, a member of the public sailing a barge discovered Gemma’s torso stuffed in a suitcase in Regent’s Canal.
Tony was arrested on suspicion of murder and a search of their flat found drops of blood in the bathroom and kitchen - as well as a missing knife.
CCTV footage from the day Gemma went missing showed Tony dragging a heavy suitcase into a taxi.
Gemma was murdered on March 1, 2012.
She was 29 years old at the time of her death.
The brutal slaying came around 12 years after she first appeared in EastEnders as Robbie’s two-timing girlfriend Kerrie Skinner.
Gemma’s brother Tony finally admitted to killing his sister during a 2013 trial at the Old Bailey.
But he insisted he couldn’t remember doing it, and that she’d attacked him first.
Despite admitting manslaughter he was found guilty of murder by jurors with an 11 to 1 majority.
The window cleaner was jailed for life and ordered to serve a minimum of 20 years.
