Most important thing in my life is RESPECTING myself above all anything
I’ve watched this before and find it extremely uplifting! I practice gratefulness on a daily basis. Walk through any hospital pediatric floor or oncology floor, homeless shelter, or VA hospital. There is always something to be thankful for. Family is the most important to me. As for my funeral, wow .....
I onced watched a motivational speech on you tube; and I sincerely believe that the heart is more perceptive than the brain, if you're not comfortable doing something don't do it.
Consistency and persistence is what I need
Number one I'm not having a funeral I already said I don't want people fake tearing over me while I'm laying in a coffin. If you really like me and you miss me raise a glass and tell a good story.
Number two I've heard that in my head since the funeral of somebody that I knew many many years ago. On my way to her funeral I heard her saying what's really important, what's really important.? And I have to constantly remind myself of that .
Number three I have to remember to say what I'm grateful for everyday life has not been so pretty for me and today I am grateful that I am living in my own space without roommates, without family, in my aloneness, and I am in charge.
If you hang with people that fake tears at a funeral, consider finding a new set of friends. Just saying.
Number One, you answered the question by refusing the funeral. So change the question to, "What will they say about me when I'm gone? What experiences do I want to be remembered by?
