- Fellow Patriots & Freedom Lovers, I was peacefully exercising my First Amendment Rights at the Pittsburg County Courthouse in Oklahoma when I was confronted by two Sheriff Deputies. They informed me that the Sheriff Chris Morris ordered them to arrest me if I didn’t stop recording immediately. I would apparently be charged with Obstruction Of Justice. I told the Deputies it looked like I was going to have to stake the ride…Please be sure to hit the Like button and Share this video, it truly helps spread this around for more Patriots to see it and I appreciate it!

At the end of the day it’s free marketing and you wouldn’t want to show a nasty attitude online. 😊 I think it’s great that she wasn’t petty or rude and continued on with regular business.
She had to

Wow I respect the fact these two officers did a proper investigation and did not escalate. I hope to see them in supervisor positions one day 😊👍

Agreed. The biggest reason why I like Sean’s videos is he doesn’t loose his cool and doesn’t antagonize. Really professional IMHO.

This is quite poetic 😐
@@toolegittoquit_001 I concur. Much wisdom from his personal experience in that statement. Words for LEOs to heed and live by.
Sean knew from their words and their body language that they had misgivings. He knew he could reach them.
Famous quote by Sean Paul Reyes!
Indeed it is. That's why you could see those officers rethinking their decision to become one in the first place 🤣
I actually feel sorry for those officers. They know he's not doing anything wrong, but their supervisor is jeopardizing their careers.
All cretins.
They knew better than their supervisor
Yeah, I think Sean did too. The deputies were pretty sweet really. Soft spoken & not ego driven.
@Bobby T No, policy does not trump or supersede law or the constitution, and all these videos prove it doesn't. No one has EVER been convicted in a court of law for violating a policy. That's why the cops agreed that Sean is correct and was not doing anything wrong. You have some serious cognitive dissonance, and a third-grader's punctuation skills... what's your badge number?
But even a good soldier knows he can refuse to obey an unlawful order, yes, there is always consequences for such action, but it makes you a better man...or woman.
The sheriff should be voted out office. If he doesn't follow the Constitution.
The cop with the hat was a total professional and good human being. Hope he never changes.
Those two deputies seemed thoughtful and non-tyrannical. It was kind of refreshing to see cops not power tripping.

The Deputies obviously wanted to do the right thing. They did not have ego problems like many officers do. Thank you for all you do.

Props to the clerk for coming back with a better understanding.
She was positive she was RIGHT , but when forced to check , there it was there , in black and white in the statute, she had nowhere to go , she ran her mouth and she was WRONG!
No props given to doing the minimum one should do AFTER attempting to violate a man's rights.
That's like saying "props to that guy who pulled a knife to her throat for later understanding it was wrong!"
Props for that, but counter points for her attitude, she is used to telling people what to do and you can see it reflected in her attitude. Nasty!
She never apologized, only admitted she was wrong.
The way she was breathing and wearing dark gasses at the beginning to me she looked nervous
I giggled through most of this. Poor Deputy Furr...so cute. Reminded me of a cub scout. And he seemed so apologetic when you lectured him on the law. They just kept looking at each other like reprimanded scool boys. You did a good job.
(Added later...) DUH. I saw Pittsburgh and assumed PA. Toward the end I saw Oklahoma. That explains everything. "Shame on the Sheriff" is right. He was willing to let these two poor guys take the fall for his stupidity.
These two officers are the perfect example of what public servants should be. Good job guys! Keep it up!

He seemed awfully uncomfortable saying you’d be charged with “obstruction of justice”.
Seems like he was forced to say that.
@@dionisi9961 Not forced. Just told. He could have and should have refused. Then HE'D be the one winning a huge lawsuit when they tried to punish him for refusing an unlawful command. Cops have access to GREAT lawyers, and it would be the best payday of his life if he simply refused to follow his boss' unlawful orders and got punished for it. But cops are too chickenshit to ever do that.
@@ajm5007 Problem is he lives in that community, and would have to live with those cops (who will not be okay with him). So, it's actually refuse the orders, and then leave your job and move. Imagine how hard that is especially if your family has been there for multiple generations. I'm not saying he should follow illegal orders, I'm just saying that sometimes there might be a smarter way to handle a bad situation.
I think that the 2 security deputies came up with this idea on their own. Their egos told them that they should do something, so they tried to flex their authority.
Because it may be the stupidest thing he ever said.

She is deserving of commendation. Let's save the ridicule for those who are in a permanent state of denial and incapable of admitting any error.
Great audit! I wish all cops remained calm like these two officers!
The deputy clearly knew it was wrong to say You can be charged with "obstruction"
He didn't know anything because he's not wrong. Learn what REAL obstruction is instead of listening to his FAKE definition of it.
@ThePrufessa Sean Verbatum read the obstruction law to them and the audience You Moron boot licker
Sean, your comment about putting a sign on your chest was hilarious!
Shoutout to everyone in this vid! Great work ♥️
The lady was very humble to admit she was wrong. Very commendable behavior.
That lady is a fucking idiot. Nothing humble about her. Only reason she admitted being wrong was cause she knew she would've looked like even more of a fucking idiot if she didn't.
@sunnycoast4558 yeah I disagree. We see time and time again people are stubborn.
Humble? More like she knew she was being filmed and looked stupid after she saw she didn’t know what she was talking about! She had no choice but to change her tone. She was a condescending witch from start for no reason.
@UniquelyMade stupid? More like she learned she was wrong and admitted it on camera rather than acting a fool or hiding.
Admission to guilt is a good thing. We all gets things wrong at times and simply admitting to it is the key to moving on without hostility or ruining your day.
"Do you have a drivers license "? Yes, but I'm not driving!
Sean you are the most perfect knowledgeable auditor I've ever seen, GOD BLESS YOU SIR
Keep it goin. You're doing good man!
There you go she saved herself she admitted it and that’s the first step to recovery being a good employee
only because there was a camera and she could tell she couldnt run over sean like she does with other citizens
Just she was a bit bitchy to start with, no hello my name is how can I help you
You can make mistakes, but her whole demeanour from the moment she came out to speak to him was combative for no reason at all. I bet she was mad when she realised she was wrong and had to eat humble pie.
@@zoolio Oh you know it was. She was insanely rude and short for no reason. It's why these videos are needed to show how public employee's consistently deal with the public.
Wow, that lady was extremely rude. I know some alcoholics just like her.😤. 🖕🫵🤡🤡
These sheriffs were some of the first that didn’t go tyrant because they were told to… great job Sean and sheriffs for protecting our rights!!! We need more cops like these!!
These deputies should be teaching classes to other deputies. I like these guys
