I made a super cute puppet yesterday! Thank you! I ended up sewing around the mouth rather than using adhesive. Looking forward to make more!
i am in the middle of making this puppet i am at the part where i need to put the mouth in , the glue he used i can't get it here in the US, i was going to sew it in but it seems like it's a little too big to sew it in, it k folds in on it's self like it's a little to big, i been thinking of using contact cement
A low-temp glue gun has been a great tool in puppet making!

Thank you for this thorough and clear tutorial! I’ve been wanting to make a hand and rod puppet for ages, but before this I had been having poor luck finding a good pattern and instructions. Now I can check this off my bucket list!

Impact glue. It’s also known as contact glue and neoprene glue. You can also use contact cement and other strong adhesives
Hot glue gun is an alternative too
Pros-aide is another good alternative since it does not have the toxic risks of using neoprene glue.
