There's just one plot hole: Why go through with such an elaborate plan to capture the 3 Lone Gunmen and use them as bait when Morris had them in his hands at the very start of the episode (i.e., when he had them at gun point and simply let them go). Why not just take them hostage from the get go?
Having Flecher as the arch nemesis of The Loan Gunman was a brilliant decision
