Honda CN250/Helix/Spazio/Fusion is the best scooter ever made. Unquestionably the most comfortable seat. The most current videos on the CN250 are coming out of Switzerland, Germany, Japan and you; so it would be good to targ with all the CN250 names. Your paint job on the Subaru is looking excellent. The fuel test was enlightening and oh so entertaining. Good times.
Smart attitude on the Scooter fun factor ! My Burgman Maxi Scooter 400 is that same way. Good for 85% of my driving needs. Can swallow $150 worth of groceries easy !
The trick is to add a little more thinner to your paint for super smooth surface and less orange peel. 🙂👍 Of course wet sanding is going to give you that beautiful finish, but you'll be surprised what you can get out of just a spray if you'll add a little more thinner than you are.
Yes it is a way fun to ride a Honda Helix, I have owned just about every cc range bikes over the years up to 1500 & 1800 cc Goldwings and like you said your 1000 cc sport bike was fun if you were riding it fast and around curves, like the Goldwings were fun for taking long trip rides with passengers but I don't do that anymore so I did the same as you and ditched my 1800 Goldwing and bought a real nice 1996 Helix 4 years ago and for the way I drive and how often it is all that I really need and I'm completely happy not wrestling around 800+ pounds, pulling a clutch lever in and out, and not constantly shift gears, I have been getting anywhere between 68 to 77 MPG on 55 MPH back road rides traveling to the local mountains of Maryland & Pennsylvania.
I just got my first helix a 86 and I love this thing normally ride a softtail nighttrain and I haven’t rode the Harley since I got the helix lol, ride the helix 200 miles a day to work and back; only gave $850 for her and it has 23k miles ( I do have to find or build a exhaust for it

I bought an 86 helix last summer. It was the first scooter I bought other than a fiddy. I definitely overpaid for the condition it was in but it's my baby now and I love it. I'm putting a utopia backrest on it tonight.
I had a helix, now have a yamaha morphous.. think "same bike made by yamaha". But from the time I first rode a helix I was hooked. Super bike. By the way. In 2023 (dec) has l prices are $2.75/gal. But I have never put nor than$10 in fuel in any of my scooters. Ever! I should get gas soon because I like the tank full in winter.. but I will not even need a gallon! I have only gone 50 miles on this tank.

if you are going to make the scooter a purple color make sure you buy another hood set and make it purple then you can keep the original yellow. these are the best and most fun motor scooters👍👍👍
