Thank you so much for this-I felt so dumb because I couldn't figure out why it wasn't charging with my USB wall adapter. You saying "make sure these two pins of the watch line up with the two pins of the charger" made me realize I was putting it in incorrectly. Oops! It's charging now, so again, thank you!

I want to know whether it is better to wait until the watch battery is run down before charging? Or do I charge it when it is low? I can't find anything to tell me.
You can charge when it shows low symbol (recommended)... if battery goes down then you need to sync and band again to correct date/time, other feature also you may loose the historical records which are not yet synced with app

Pls this is not connecting as it is showing committing instead of connected, at the end if process it will show device disconnected... I have two of it. One connected very well without issues the second is just showing device disconnected after several attempt to connect it...

Very low. These functions are just for fitness purpose (not for medical use).
I'm having trouble with the D18 as it was working and the battery went flat so recharged and cannot log back in. I'm an Apple iphone and MacBook Pro user. Display doesn't stay on long enough also linking device doesn't work....

This is very basic smart bracelet, may not be anywhere near to Apple gadgets quality.
As described, Battery of the smart bracelet is having issuse.
