- we got an egg and had a lovely family. well, at least until the restart. later on we crossed the isle as a solo troodon. we met many others and we died many times XD

hey mombie nice video !! i think there is 3 or 4 differents stade of poison ^^ try to pounce before the number 2 goes end then u'll see the prey change to black and then ur poison go up !! (sowwy for my bad inglish but just try to pounce 3 or 4 times in total !! )

Hey Mombie, I really enjoyed your video as always! ❤️ I couldn't help but notice something during the Teno bitting that might be helpful. You've been playing The Isle for a long time, so you probably already know this, but just in case, there are three stages of venom: blue, purple, and purple with uncontrollable shaking.
The venom itself doesn't harm the victim, but the damage inflicted by Troodon pounces increases significantly with each stage, with the third stage being the most lethal. You can tell it's the last stage when you hear the Troodon's screech after the third pounce, where its normally just a hiss/growl
Also, regarding the pounce timing, you just need to wait until the Troodons have finished their little noise, before you should pounce again (they typically do it right after the initial pounce) otherwise it will be reset
I hope this info comes in handy if you didn't already know it haha. As a fellow Troodon player, I'd hate to see one of my comrades struggling against the giants! Have a nice day, stay strong ❤❤❤
thx a lot mate ♥ I didn't know. I thought the venom does the damage and purple is the last stage which is the shaking one. but, people already told me that this is just the moment where you have to pounce to do good damage ^^ which is very good to know and which I will remember for sure I will also keep an eye (or ear) on the different noise. this will come in very handy once I get used to it. now that you told me, I will for sure hear a difference

Always a bit awkward being born into a mixpack situation 😅 Troodon is so fun, but it can be frustrating with the pouncing. Looks like you successfully pounced, you're on the dino, but then the game decides oh actually their last attack did really hit you and you're dead
yeah, the lag in the game is quite brutal at times. well, also teh pounce in general is still buggy. both, omni and troodon. I guess, this won't change soon. this seems to be their kryptonite was a weird situation. specially 'cause there were so many deinos in the water. not a single one attacked us tho oO
Of course we're gonna keep watching, it doesn't matter that you're not a stress tester! Many of the stress testers aren't putting out actual gameplay they're just recording scenery
Gateway is gorgeous don't get me wrong, but I'm still here to watch the dino interactions and survival

8:48 yes. 11:01-"Is there a cera as well"- 11:03: yes. 12:19: "Oh no, me leg!" Also fun fact, when the dinos yo.u fight are purple you actually need to pounce them to do damage (your pounce becomes a lot stronger if they are invenomated)

@@da.mombie It is the max stage, but you just need to attack it and if the purple goes away, you need to apply the venom again.

@@da.mombie Idk if you undo it at the purple stage (I think not, since it lasts for a short time) but as you saw in previous videos, venom does literally no damage in itself, but if you pounce a fully invenomated dino your pounce does a lot more damage. The "Hunger Pains" video says this too.
@@da.mombie you should not pounce them often only before the last stage. But when dinos become purple you need to do as much pounces as you can asap. Because on this stage pounces no more cancel venom, all troos in pack now can pounce and venom itself don't do damage, but highly multiplies troo damage on the last stage. This is in fact the troodon's main ability to kill someone - one applies venom and then whole pack starts to pounce to deal burst damage in short window.

thx ♥ I thought damage, but, I was wrong. you have to poison it (to purple) and THEN pounce as much as possible. purple makes it weak and you do multiple damage in that stage
