- 1 boiled beetroot
- 7 boiled eggs
Peel the eggs and mix it with the refrigerated beetroot.
Cut the beetroot into smaller pieces and blend
Transfer in a pan and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Remove it, clean it, sprinkle salt and eat with chilly sauce or slide and put in your salad.
2) New Omelette
6 eggs
A small cup of water
2 tomatoes
Half Onions
Green spices
Seasoning
Salt
Maggie
Vegetable oil
Friying pan
Put the water in a pan, boil it and add eggs, stir it until ready, remove and drain the water.
Fry tomatoes, onions, green spices, add salt, Maggie and mix it the eggs. Eat with bread, fried Irish potatoes etc
