It's a Rocket propelled correct, the one in the video is a practice round but in battle HEAT rockets are used, not a grenade as it effectively defeats armour up to 280mm (11 inch) of RHA steel but has little to no shrapnel when compared to a frag grenade or rocket and thus little effect on infantry unless hit directly.
