yo if ur getting these they are NOT a durable shoe the arch part of the shoe rips after 3 weeks of light jogging and casual walking wouldn't recommend the tings man trust

You can do intermittent fasting which you're still allowed water, if the other fasting is too much. That always helps me lose weight when it's not Ramadan 🙌🏼 Have a lot of fruits and veg when you do eat, water at least 2 litres and try to stay away from processed carbs like bread because it'll kill your energy levels when you're not fasting 👊🏼

Hey, do they still have the same heels as the Elements 55's? Cause i just got those and the Heel is just way too thin and hard. Really hurts.
