- This video is going to be an extension of our Caribbean Food series. Ever since I tried Trinidadian food for the first time, I wanted to expand my pallet and explore the cuisine further. Unfortunately, we only have one Trini restaurant in LA as of this video so it was worthwhile for me to try out some other food on the menu. Luckily, on Sundays, TriniStyle Cuisine offers traditional Sunday brunch and I just had to find out for myself what that’s all about! I’m so glad I did b/c the food I had in this video is AMAZING!! Let me give you a hint, get that King Mackeral!!!

Oh, you should know that the Sunday traditional meal varies among household. Macaroni pie isn't the only bit. There is also: coo coo, steamed fish fried plantains, lentil peas and callaloo(using the actual callaloo bush). We also do roti, curried goat, also, pumpkin and mango amchar. You can try Crab and cassava dumpling too. The experience and delicious food will keep you coming back for more.
😱 everything you mentioned sounds delicious!!!! I can’t wait to try more items especially the ones you mentioned. Check out my other Trinidadian food video on the same restaurant, let me know what you think of those items!
