I appreciate what you’re doing! You should visit Citadelle Laferierre in the northern department of Hayti. It is the largest fort in the Western hemisphere built by formerly enslaved black people who freed themselves from slavery by force of arms. It’s located in Milot, Hayti, so it’s near Cap-Haytien.

That boyLENS you doing a fantastic job.

Another great video from Haiti! Such beautiful green and lush surroundings! I love the cobblestones streets and the walls. Haitians are great builders. Look at the citadel and the remains of the royal palace! African Tigress, I am truly impressed with your history of Haiti. When I was a teenager, I began reading about Haiti. It was then I developed a great love for Haiti. Being inspired by men like Toussaint L'Ouverture, I felt so proud as a black person walking the streets of London knowing that a black general defeated the great Napoleon.

This is what most foreigners do because they trust what's being shown on TV. I congratulate you on overcoming fear and coming to see for yourself. We may be poor but we're reach in culture and history. And by the way, the town that you're showing in this video is my hometown. Thanks for visiting it. It's popular with vacationers.
