This is one of those clips where it shows that Conan is at his very best in the podcast space, where he is relaxed enough to let his comedic mind shine. I listened to this clip so many times and it makes me laugh so hard every time. Conan, forget TV and the visual aspect that you seem to be after again. You rule in the podcast world as the funniest comedian out there.

It's her heart and personality and her upbringing (care, honesty and compassion). If you listen to some of her interviews they reveal that she is one of several on Conan's staff who's personal goal was/is to support Conan and to make sure the show still goes on. The only reason why she let Conan feature her is the same reason - anything she can do to help the show and help Conan. (She had no idea that it would be such a hit just being herself, and she's a person who can ONLY be herself.). These staff were all galvanized after the rotten Tonight show/NBC incident (Sona was newly hired then). Although she was was just Conan's assistant, her calm unpretentious and warm presence probably helped stabilized the volatile Conan, and I think he knew it (she was one of the big reasons (besided his wife) why Conan got through being devastated and screwed by NBC and Leno).
