It's not a user that gets 80 million coins. The coins are going to be distributed to users who chose a particular country that are in rank 1.

By choosing a popular team you get a small amount and by choosing not much popular team you get much more coins. These coins are distributed like let’s say it 80 million coins with 200milion users it will be 200 each or maybe 500 base on also the goals you score too.
