Hi, nail tech here! You can absolutely put a gel top coat over regular polish, it's a great option. Please make sure that the nail polish underneath is absolutely 100% dry before putting the gel on. Regular polish dries by having certain ingredients evaporate over time, the gel top coat can prevent that from happening and you can get pockets of wet polish under the top coat if you go too fast. Wait at least 30 minutes to an hour before putting the top coat on. Have fun and happy nails!!
Also try not to wipe top coat away from side with finger or thumb tips, use a wipe or tool, lint free , uncured product can lead to allergies or irritation and Tati, we know you get allergies lol xx

Can I ask if you need anything special to remove it if you use a gel topcoat? I don’t have a UV machine and I actually shy away from salons since it developed debts and a fungal infection, but I miss mania that last longer than 5 days 😢
@@The.widow.89yes its dry to the touch in 9 minutes but not fully set, for lack of a better word. It would still make a mark if you hit your nail on something.
I do that all the time. Makes my polish last days longer. It does take a little longer to remove but it’s worth it.

No shade to Tati, but I find it funny that a lot of us got away from single use makeup wipes and now single use towels are trending. 😂 I got a pack of microfiber towels on Amazon and a garment bag. I throw them in the wash once a week and they're like new.
I just let my face drip like a peasant.

I think watching you unbox your Amazon is almost, (almost) as much fun as me getting my haul. On the ridged dusters...I tried it on the inside of my kitchen cabinets...let me save you the hassle. I returned them. What I kept is my kitchen bissel hand held vaccuum. Everyone fights to vacumm up the kitchen crumbs and the kitty litter spill over...and the spilled coffee grounds....just about anything that can get vacummed up we argue to do it....BIG WIN! I also kept my battery operated grout cleaner....Oh my I did all my grout in one day, and my teenagers are not complaining about doing their showers....Another big win...just gotta keep the batteries in stock. The Bisell though is a USB charger so that 's great.

Been using the Clean skin towels for years love them and I love their Vitamin C (not sure what it actually does but my skin instantly goes from dull to woken up instantly) I use right after washing my face and continue with the rest of my skin care routine. Love these videos btw!

This was so fun! I feel like I am on track with you. Rebounder, check (I've actually had one for years and love it). I have Caster Oil and a compress on my Christmas list, even though my husband thinks it weird. Mushroom coffee! Ok, so I don't actually drink coffee, but my girls do and say they don't have the side affects of regular coffee. You should try Lairds. They make a mushroom hot cocoa and a mushroom chai!

You can achieve that gel shine and staying power with Glisten and Glow’s fast drying top coat. I never do a mani without it, and it is truly a fast drying top coat.

I love the elf monochromatic multi stick!!! Tip for the towels…the first time I got them I went through them so quickly it felt so wasteful😩 so now I cut them based on how much I need. Drying my face after washing is like 1-2 squares…removing a mask or makeup residue after a cleansing balm usually requires the whole towel👍
