If the game allows you to leave the ring to avoid being stunned then do it. Plus heel wrestlers leave the ring in real life to avoid getting beat on or to bait their opponent to leave the ring. Yeah its cheap but the game allows it. So its a viable tactic.
The goal is to win within the confines of the rules and what the environment allows. Yes,many players online cheese what is allowed,use busted moves, take advantage of glitches, and use cheap tactics. But the game allows it. And wrestling games have never been balanced( wrestlers are not all rated the same) and fair gameplay experiences.
