It has been four days since Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi died. Today, he was laid to rest in his hometown Mashhad, after a three-day long funeral. Theories surrounding Raisi's chopper crash are circulating wide in Iran. While investigations into the matter are underway, some Iranians believe that the US should be held accountable for the crash. Iran's former foreign minister has said that Washington is a "culprit" in Raisi's death. Since the revolution, Iran has been under Western sanctions - which have blocked Tehran's access to modern aircraft. Notably, Raisi was travelling in an American chopper, albeit one that was manufactured 45 years ago. Palki Sharma brings you the full report.

They were flying above the fog with the other two choppers that one helicopter had a malfunction they had to go down, now! Fog or no fog ! helicopters need a flat surface to land on, with no friggin trees, if you can’t see the ground because of the fog, then you’re gonna crash !
