  • I took myself out on a 12 mile trail run in preparation for my ultra marathon in May.
    Here I test "real" foods whilst out running to see how my gut reacts when eating on the go in an endurance race!
    I show you what I pack, why, the importance of carbs and also food choices to help prevent getting caught short!
