- Hi Guys,
In this video we will be exploring Mawsynram & Mawlyngbna. River Trekking in Mawlyngbna was an unique experience, as you have to trek through the very beautiful Umkhakoi River for 1.5 Km, it was adventures as well as a bit dangerous. Along with that we also explored Slip Rock, Mawlyngbna view point and the Mawjymbuin caves at Mawsynram.

Yes there are plenty
even if you want to see the beautiful sunrise from mawlangren u can as well.
In west khasi hills you can visit mawphanlur, kynshi river, nongkhnum river island, khudoi falls and kohmang falls in mairang, nongriat, and syllaiiawkhein you can do boating out here

how much does is cost for the whole trek?
Guide will cost u 600/-, water treking 500/- per head, 20/- for water park entry fee. That's pretty much for river trek. 40 for split Rock entry. Note that guide charges are same for group tour Or single.

It's a river trek that's the main part, it's a Rolecoster ride through a river so u have to swim in places, don't worry guides will take care of u

sir, is it necessary to know swimming to do the water trek?
Not necessary, I know swimming still I had to wear life jacket, so don't worry even if you don't know swimming, just enjoy the trek, it's really fun.
How much did the guide charge?
It's Rs. 600/-. It doesn't matter if ur r solo or with a group, guide will take the same. Contact the guide before hand, you will not get any mobile reception there.
