wear silver jewelry. That can calm the planet saturn which is connected to hardships (I know from experience it works!)...basically almost my whole birthchart is saturn dominated so I am the expert to find remedies against suffering since this is my life path or fate...I never give up and don't take any shit because I like to kick saturn/fate in the a** 😅😅😅 Fate may be given a ton of sh** but it is upon us to act it out and there are cures out there thank the lord! So Saturn remedies:
- pray 2 times a day
- have a mantra that protects you from accidents (Maha mrityunjay mantra is great and even protects against poisonous spiders - I highly recommend that!)
- wear silver jewellry (can be modest/tiny - I wear it at my ears and a small bracelet at my leg)
diamant jewellry can also be of great help but in my experience, it's best to keep it modest
- Fasting or skipping meals on saturday or just bringing a sacrifice on saturday (flower on altar or smoking incence - I guess it's just about the gesture...and god saturns colour is black so black beans or black sesam could be a great sacrifice to the saturn deity...I also read that helping others on saturday or just giving to charity is also beneficial)

Has anyone really tried listening this for a whole hour ? I did for 2 hours. The 2nd hour something weird happened to me. I feel as if I'm floating and I'm a pure thought. Hey John you may check your own astrological birth chart.
It is quite possible that you may have a few capricorn, saturn and pluto/scorpio traits which are connected with hardship but also great leadership.
Ultimately of course all the burdens bring wisdom and you rise and I find it quite helpful to understand why things are the way they are.
My pluto is in scorpio which means I am the epitome of a biased personality (mother theresa versus bloody mary...haha the sinner and the saint in one person) and I have MANY capricorn traits (haha I am a loner by nature and find it difficult to find connection with others over a longer period of time, I prefer spending time alone...haha that's real quality time in my eyes!).
Now I know that I have to live with my own adversaries and love and somehow outbalance these "flaws". The devil sits inside, that's just my experience. So study your birthchart and watch out for transits of certain planets.
Because I know my inner devils I tend to prepare myself for the worst so I learn important saving mantras and prayers. Also be very cautious about what you tell others about you and try to be alone as often as possible to retreat to inner wisdom. It's a path of healing and self love. I feel like my only friend is god and I only fully trust him. I don't fully engage in friendships any more, they all were very toxic so I distanced myself and chose myself because I love myself. Learn to never emotionally depend on others is the best way.

I began to meditate with this as I talked to her about my problems. After a few minutes my mind became mute and suddenly I felt as if I was walking into a sanctuary's alley. Later I "felt" (It's hard to describe, but it's like actually 'living' sensations that comes to your mind) like, I was sitting on a garden's bench and a tall woman was holding me like a mother would do with her child.
