In th Philippines, we usually say "ina" or "inay" to our moms, instead of "nanay". Nanay is used to describe a mom, while ina/inay is used for calling your mom. Example, for nanay it's, "She is a mom/nanay", for ina/inay it's, "Good morning mom/ina/inay!"
