Thank you for this talk, Amber! Long ago, you were one of the first to help me understand the importance of animal fat. Grateful for your work.

The benefits are plentiful, but alas, not necessarily reflected in this speaker’s own story . Which thus begs the question of what we still need to learn about genetics/dna blueprint versus diet and lifestyle alone .

What a confirming pleasure to listen to such a clear, consicise, and reasoned thinker. Thanks for the introduction of a higher standard and the encouragement to my so-far limited ability to learn. This was a really useful use of my time.

Here here!!! Brilliant presentation.... what every so called academic and scholar needs to understand... People in positions of power i.e. the WHO and the CDC need to understand this rather than just be authoritarian in their theories. Arrogant humility.... brilliant. I would term it purposeful humility... To know that you don't know and the more you know the more you realize you don't know is the secret to this.

Indeed . It seems we still have a long way to go , from proponents on ALL sides of this debate . It is the binaries that need to be bridged between all camps bc it appears Mother Nature is still puppeteering us mere mortals as we indulge our arrogance
It is pretty evident that the protocol and knowledge isn’t reflected in this speaker’s own general health and well being & thus begs some pertinent questions as to whether our genetic lottery and DNA blueprint still determines more than we r yet prepared to acknowledge . Jordan P being another very poor poster child for benefits of carnivore . Echo chambers and binaries of any sort are not the answer and with the rise and reach of social media we are inundated by extremes

Amber, thank you for all that you have contributed. I especially love your video on the lipivore. I hope and pray that you will find a way to heal whatever you are struggling with now. Perhaps the diet you followed as a child has created permanent problems. You are surrounded by people who would love to help you prosper in all ways.

I really appreciate Amber's willingness to share. I remember when I first heard her speak 3 years ago about the benefits of high fat. I was floored!I immediately started searching for other presentations that Amber has made and watched them several times each. It's not that others haven't spoken about it, but when one does stumble upon a presentation on such a topic, in that moment, there is an opportunity for the speaker to make an impact, and she has delivered in spades for me! I took notes, I paused the videos and replayed them over and over just to be able to retain what she is presenting. Thank you! Besides, credentialism is a modern concept. Imagine if one had to only listen to the experts instead of considering mom and dad's advice or, the biggie, grandma's advice! LOL. Credentialism tends to diminish the importance of people's everyday lives and experiences as a way to gain wisdom and understanding and this is very manipulative. No one can convince me that 1000's of years of human wisdom and understanding can be put lower on the existential importance chart than those with the credentials.

Thank you Amber. I always liked the perspective from non medical professionals like Dave, Ivor, Tucker and you. You are the first that I heard talk about carnivore as I started it after 1 year on keto and it gave me greater insight.

“I think it’s not widely known how much contribution I made to that entire movement” - what a strange, meandering and solipsistic talk. Clearly an intelligent person who has been one (of many) important voices in this space, but the ego on display here is somewhat galling , and what does it serve, beyond status-seeking within this tiny community? And as has been pointed out in some of the other comments, she does not address the elephant in the room, which is that this way of eating didn’t prevent or address serious health problems. It’s like taking advice from a dentist with bad teeth, even if some of it may be decent advice

Of all the people speaking at low carb/keto conferences she is the one person least qualified to speak. I’m happy for her and her n of 1 conclusion she requires a carnivore diet but she shouldn’t be on a platform where she can influence people.
