In Dubai we have inclusive schools where autistic children can get education with normal ones yet they need an LSA and a modified curriculum according to their specific needs.

In West it's a very common problem.. but children can go to school as normal with one to one teacher .. in Pakistan people believe in magic and stuff but they don't think out of the box subhanAllah Allah is the best creator and Almighty knows what is best for us ! If your child is speaking some words, definitely the child will speak. My son got autism since birth, but he was able to speak two to five words till the age of 2.5 years. We met a lady specialist doctor at Agha Khan. She said that admit the child to school. 2ndly she said that our son will start speaking at around 3 years. Al Hamdulilah doctor was right in her recommendations and our son started speaking.

My son got autism since his birth. He could not speak for almost 3 years. We met with a lady
specialist doctor at Agha Khan hospital at age of 2 and a half years. She recommended that we should admit our son in school. She further said that our son will start speaking right at the age of three years. Alhamdulillah she was right in her recommendation. My son started speaking right at 3 years age.
If your child is speaking some words, definitely the child will speak. Don't worry.

میرا بیٹا ابھی دو سال کا بھی نہیں ہوا تھا تو میں نے محسوس کیا کہ دوسرے بچوں سے مختلف ہے۔ میں اس کو سپیشل اٹنشن دیتا رہا۔ پھر مجھے اتفاق سے ایک لفظ پتا چلا کہ آٹزم بھی کوئی نفسیاتی چیز ہے۔ تب میرا دماغ میرے بچے کی طرف نہیں گیا تھا یہ ایک جنرل معلومات تھی کسی اور کے بارے جو بالغ نوجوان تھا۔ لیکن کچھ مہینے بعد جب میں نے پڑھنا شروع کیا اپنے بچے کی بی ہیوئیر کے بارے تو میں نے کچھ ہی دیر میں یہ سمجھ لیا کہ میرا بچہ آٹسٹک ہے۔ مجھے یقین کرنا تھا مزید پڑھا اور پھر یقین ہو گیا کہ یہ وہم نہیں ہے۔ وہ سو رہا تھا میں اس کے پہلو پر بیٹھ کر اسے پیار کرنے لگا اور رونے لگا۔ کہ اس کی زندگی بہت مشکل ہوگی۔ مجھے افسوس ہوا کہ مجھے دیر سے معلوم ہوا۔ میری بیوی نے قبول نہ کیا وہ کہتی رہی کہ آپ زیادہ سوچ رہے ہو۔ یہ نارمل ہوتا ہے۔ اور میں یہ کہتا رہا کہ نہیں تیاری پکڑو۔ ہمیں الگ سے محنت کرنی ہیں ہم عام ماں باپ نہیں ہیں۔ ہمارا بچہ ہم سے کچھ اور مانگ رہا ہے۔ دوستوں نے کہا طوطا جب نہیں بولتا تو اسے مرچیں کھلائی جاتی ہیں آپ اس کو ہر ی مرچیں کھلا دو۔ کوئی کہنے لگا تعویز لے لو۔ کوئی کسی پیر کے دربار پر جانے کا مشورہ دینے لگا کوئی دم درود والا پانی لانے کا کہنے لگا۔ کوئی عمل وظیفے نمازیں بتانے لگا۔ کوئی گناہ کا احساس دلانے لگا تو کوئی امتحان قرار دینے لگا۔ اور سب سے جو مناسب اور اچھے لوگ تھے وہ مجھے کہنے لگے تمھارا وہم ہے۔ مگر میں جانتا تھا کہ یہ سب جاہل لوگ ہیں اور بکواسیات کر رہے ہیں۔ اگر میں ان کے پیچھے چلا تو میرے بچہ مزید تکلیف میں وقت گزارے گا۔ اور جو وقت میسر ہے اس کو سنبھالنے کا وہ بھی ان فضولیات میں ضائع ہو جائےگا۔ کوئی جھوٹی امید نہیں اب۔ میں پوری دنیا سے لڑنے کو تیار تھا۔ اور میں نے سارے خواب ختم کر دیے۔ مجھے میرے بچے سے کچھ نہیں چاہیے تھا کہ وہ کچھ بنے۔ مجھے یہ بھی نہیں چاہیے تھا کہ وہ میرے بڑھاپے میں سہارا بنے نہیں۔ میں بے سہارا مرنے کو بھی تیار تھا مجھے بس ایک ہی چیز چاہیے تھے کسی طرح میں اس کو اس قابل بنا دو کہ یہ خود کو سنبھال سکے۔ میں نے خود کو اس کے مزاج کے مطابق ڈھالنا شروع کیا۔ تنگ دستی بھی تھی مگر میں تین سال سے خود کو کمرے میں بند کر چکا ہوں۔ تا کہ میری دنیا میں کوئی اور مصروفیت نہ ہو۔ کوئی تعلق نہ ہو۔ بس میں اور میری بیوی اور میرا بچہ اور میرا دن رات اس کے لئے سوچنا اس کے لئے روز نیا پلان بنانا تھراپی کروانا پڑھانا۔ اور اس کی اشاریہ میں ہونے والی باریک باریک تبدیلیوں کو نوٹ کرنا۔ اس کے لئے اس کے حساب سے نئے کھانے بنانا۔ اور صرف میڈیکل سائنس پر بھروسہ کرنا۔ روز نیوز پڑھنا کہ اب سائنس کی تحقیق کہاں تک پہنچی۔ اور روز سائنس کی رفتار دیکھ کر بس ایک امید لگا رکھی ہے۔ کہ جس رفتار سے علم ترقی کر رہا ہے اگر اج اس کا کوئی خاص حل نہیں ہے تو کوئی بات نہں۔ اگلے پندہ بیس سال تک سائنس بہت آگے جا چکی ہوگی۔ تب یقینا کوئی مناسب حل نکل آئے گا۔ تب تک میں جتنا کر سکتا ہوں کرتا جاؤں۔ میں اپنے بچے کو بس ہمیشہ خوش رکھتا ہوں۔ اس کو کبھی اونچی آواز میں نہیں ڈانٹتا۔ کیونکہ وہ نصیحتیں نہیں سمجھتا۔ اس کی نفیسات کو سمجھتے ہوئے اسے اس کے فہم کے مطابق ایک ایک قدم آگے بڑھنے کے لئے ماحول مہیا کرتا رہتا ہوں۔ ہر دن ایک نئے چیلنج کی طرح آتا ہے۔ مگر میں اس کے ساتھ خوش ہوں۔ دوائیں اور تھراپیز جاری رکھے ہوئے ہوں۔ سکول میں ایڈمشن دلایا اس کے لئے وہ بہت تکلیف دہ تھا۔ وہ چھ چھ گھنٹے چیختا چلاتا تھا۔ سکول ختم کروا کر پروائیوٹ پڑھائی شروع کروائی۔ اور پڑھائی سے مراد کوئی کتاب نہیں۔ بس کبھی کوئی سیدھی لائن لگا لے کبھی پنسل اور رنگ اور سفید کاغذ کا تعلق سمجھ لے اور ٹیڑھی لکیریں کھینچ دے۔ یہ ہی بہت ہوتا ہے۔ میں اس کو پراگرس مانتا ہوں۔ اور سب سے آخر میں یہ بتا دوں کہ آپ کو برا لگے گا سن کر۔ میں دعائیں بھی نہیں کرتا۔ اس میں بھی وقت ضائع ہوتا ہے۔ مجھے جتنا پیار ہے تو خدا کو مجھ سے زیادہ پیار ہے۔ وہ کسی معصوم کی تکلیف دور کرنے کے لئے اگر میری دعا کے انتظار مٰں ہے تو پھر مجھے اس سے دعا نہیں کرنی۔ ہر کسی کی زمہ داری ہے وہ اپنا پیار خود جتائے اگر پیار ہے تو اپنا کام کرے ۔ ورنہ میں اپنا کام کر رہا ہوں۔ مجھے کسی اور کا انتظار نہیں کرنا۔ کہ کسی کو میری دعا کے بعد رحم آئے۔ معذرت سخت جملے ہیں مگر سچ یہ ہی ہے
