Probably few, a Brazilian CZcamsr had to spend more than a thousand diamonds to get one. There must be less than 15% of success there, I came to the conclusion that it is very difficult to obtain it

Why can’t I buy chests with gems anymore!? It only lets me open the epic/ultimate ones with keys

oh, thats happening to me too-
oh my bad, i just figured it out. go to parental settings and change the age to like 20, if you have it below 20/13 then it wont let you use gems, because kids like to grab their parents credit card and CH CHING so thats why.

Will it might be a bug. Because I was looking through animals I want in the future and I saw them with zero diamonds and then I just clicked on them and then I just got them. So yeah I guess I did use the bug.
